Lemon Fruit Salad Dressing Grandma's Grandma made this a staple at every holiday dinnr. 2 eggs (beaten)1 cup sugar1/4 tsp salt2 lemons (juiced)1 tsp butter Boil first 4 ingredients in a double boiler until mixture thicken. Stir often.Remove from heat and add butter.When cool refrigerate in a glass covered jar. This dressing keeps a long time in the fridge.
